Ashley has over nine years of experience in Social Impact for Development, Research, Partnerships, Marketing, Learning, and Development across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa. In her recent role at Includovate, Ashley was instrumental in publishing the organization's first-ever impact report. She has also led impactful workshops enabling the implementation of policies affecting 30 million farmers across Africa. Furthermore, Ashley has authored over 30 case studies and reports, developed training curriculums for female smallholder farmer capacity building, and contributed to educational policy-making for UNCTAD Youth and mental health policy adoption for the Commonwealth Youth Council. She has also done work focusing on the socio-economic empowerment of women and youth in agriculture.

Ashley’s extensive professional journey includes roles such as Chief of Staff, Partnerships and Impact Manager at Includovate, Chief of Staff to the CEO at Future Africa Forum, and Business Development and Partnerships Consultant at Busara Center for Behavioral Science. She has also been a Consulting Fellow at Dalberg Advisors and a Business Development Consultant at Dalberg Research.

Ashley holds a 3 Continent Master of Global Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Strathmore University, a Certificate in Global Diplomacy from the University of London, and a qualification in Digital Strategy from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK.
