Ayesha Jackaria

Ayesha is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience in finance and auditing. As the Director of Finance & Operations at Value for Women, she operates at both a strategic and operational level, leading the full scope of company finance and operations, from reviewing and establishing administrative systems and monitoring reporting cycles, to driving financial and budgetary processes and overseeing compliance and governance.

Ayesha joined Value for Women with extensive experience in managing large institutional grants (European Union, World Bank, USAID and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service) in a multiregion, multidonor context as Chief Finance Officer of the African Parks Network, and before that, at Deloitte. She has worked throughout Africa and is passionate about systems and how these can enable growth within an organization.
