Carlette Chepngeno
Carlette offers critical support and contribution across project activities, including qualitative and quantitative research, data collection and analysis, writing, training, data management, and work planning.
With over eight years of experience in market research, strategy development and communications in the agriculture, sanitation and renewable energy sectors, Carlette leverages her experience to derive insights on strategies and entry points for gender inclusion for clients. She has expertise in project management, supply chain development, product and service development, business model development, and people management.
Prior to joining Value for Women, Carlette worked in marketing and culture for Sistema.bio, leading the talent and culture department in developing human resources processes with a gender lens. Before that, she worked in various marketing companies and initiatives across Africa.
She has a degree in Business Management (Human Resources) from Moi University in Kenya.
