Devon Tighe

Devon consults investors, enterprise support organisations, and growing enterprises on how to achieve business and financial results through strategies that simultaneously drive gender inclusion. In her work, Devon focuses on delivering tools, research, and capacity building that are practical and actionable for organisations that are poised to unlock opportunities through gender-lens investment and business management.

Devon’s background in gender-lens investing includes work with field builders Criterion Institute and GenderSmart (now 2X Global). Prior to this, Devon served on the executive team of a Cape Town-based social enterprise during its Series A growth stage and advised start-ups in South Africa and the US leveraging data and technology for social good. Devon transitioned to social enterprise after spending 15 years in the corporate sector where she held various leadership roles in the US and Sub-Saharan Africa focused on data strategy, customer analytics, and growth. She holds a degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in Cognitive Science, from the University of Pennsylvania.
