Marianela Molina

Marianela has over 13 years of international experience working on projects for both private and public organizations, where she has supported entrepreneurs and financial institutions in making impactful decisions. She has helped companies launch products targeting low-income populations in Latin America, helped public organizations improve processes to foster more inclusive practices towards citizens, and assisted private equity funds in identifying and investing in impactful science and tech-based companies that promote Fintech and financial inclusion. Additionally, she has worked closely with entrepreneurs, aiding them in creating competitive business plans and strategies to launch technology-based products that contribute to economic growth.

Marianela has actively participated in initiatives aimed at improving women’s representation in financial investment and decision-making roles, increasing female participation in science and entrepreneurship, and implementing processes to create safer and more equitable working environments for women.

Currently, she is completing her Master's Degree in Digital Business and holds a specialization degree in Public Administration, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico City.
