As CEO and co-founder, Rebecca has grown Value for Women into a globally-recognized organisation that guides businesses, investors and finance professionals to make tangible changes toward gender and social inclusion. Rebecca leads efforts to design innovative approaches for gender and social inclusion, applied to diverse geographies and sectors. Under Rebecca’s leadership, Value for Women's global team works in a collaborative, multidisciplinary manner to build inclusive business, finance and investment practice through trainings, tool design, research, evidence and by applying practical, hands-on approaches to solve business and investment challenges.

Rebecca has authored field-changing research on the intersection of gender, inclusion, finance, investment and entrepreneurship across sectors, including sustainable energy and agriculture. With over 20 years of expertise, Rebecca is frequently invited to speak as an industry expert across Asia, Africa and the Americas.

Rebecca Fries lives in New York and co-founded Value for Women in October 2012.
