His expertise includes strategy development, research, and high-level advisory services. Simon has led major initiatives, such as designing regional financial inclusion strategies for central banks. His work consistently focuses on gender-responsive approaches in financial services.

As part of his extensive experience, Simon managed a diverse project portfolio, collaborating with public institutions and private sector organizations. He was also involved in evaluating fintech innovations to assess their potential for advancing financial inclusion.
